  • Age 60 or above
  • Wheelchair accessible service available
  • Irondequoit Resident

Door-to Door transportation for:

  • Doctor and Medical Appointments
  • Dental Appointments
  • Legal Appointments
  • Dialysis, Chemotherapy and/or Physical Therapy

Availability:

  • Monday through Friday - 9:00am to 4:00pm
  • Appointments need to be made two days in advance

Transportation provided to:

  • Irondequoit locations
  • Rochester General Hospital campus

Eight trips per month

Does NOT provide transportation for:

  • Same day appointments
  • Residents of institutions
  • voting
  • General shopping, grocery shopping
  • Beauty shops
  • Personal or social activities
  • Banking
  • Eligible to receive similar services under another transportation program
